We are delighted to unveil Rowan Digital Infrastructure's proposal for the development of a second site within Quantum Loophole’s Masterplanned Frederick Clean Cloud Community. This additional development reflects our ongoing dedication to working with the Frederick community to provide digital infrastructure solutions and reinforces our commitment to sustainable development.  

SITE SPECIFIC INFORMATION

• Given its adjacency to Rowan’s first project in Frederick, this second site is a logical addition to our regional footprint that limits industrial sprawl.

• Rowan is working closely with local officials to ensure our project minimizes impacts to nearby historic sites.

• We will be taking steps like tree planting, berming, and other mitigation efforts to minimize the project’s impact on the community.
