Rowan Digital Infrastructure has unveiled plans for the development of a third — and final — site in partnership with Quantum Loophole’s Masterplanned Frederick Clean Cloud Community. This latest project marks another significant milestone for our company and for the state of Maryland as we build on our commitment to pioneering digital infrastructure in a sustainable manner.

SITE SPECIFIC INFORMATION

• This project is located on a remediated brownfield site, which means Rowan is working very closely with the Maryland Department of the Environment.

• As with our other projects, there are no concerns related to protected species or habitats.

• Rowan is committed to establishing a riparian corridor to safeguard the Tuscarora Creek area.

• The location of this project will have minimal impact on adjacent private properties.
